Somehow, I'm old enough that my first born will start high school next year. So I had to attend a parent meeting. Allison - OMG the kids were annoyed over the weekend 'cause I turned off the Wii and watched the complete Die Hard collection. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't write, so it had to be Die Hard. CJ - welcome back. Any of the combinations sound wonderful to me. In my own writing I always end up w/ a romance even in the thriller/mystery. We wouldn't have soo many wonderful, exciting books to read if they all fit nicely into a handful of genres. Late to the party.
