Yep, that was a shocker to me, too. Carl's dad used to be one of those "can sell anything" types of people when he owned the antique store. I went in there once and there were these pieces of wood strewn all over the floor--it looked like something had exploded. I asked, "What's that?" "An armoire," he said. "Wow, what happened to it?" "Oh, I took it apart to get it in the truck to get it here." "Geez. How are you ever going to get it back together so you can sell it?" "Oh, I've already sold it. $1200." "They bought it before you took it apart?" "No, they came in here and bought it like this." !! Kitty, I’m cracking up. Yep, that was a shocker to me, too.
