My turn to be tagged. Have I mentioned I hate Daylight Savings Time? Whose idea was this, anyway? Huh? I don’t mind that fall back business, but the spring ahead… Mornings come early enough as it is….Grumble, grumble… Oh yeah, the tagged list….
1) 4 movies you would watch over and over
Overboard
The Wizard of Oz
The Sound of Music
The Big Easy (Young Dennis Quaid…Ooh la la)
2) TV shows you love to watch
TV? What’s TV? I admit to making time for American Idol, and when I’m not on book deadline, I LOVE House. Other than that, I don’t watch much television.
3) 4 places you have been on vacation:
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (just recently)
Nassau, Bahamas
Kauai, Hawaii
New Orleans, Lousiana
4) 4 Websites you visit daily:
This one! www.murdershewrites.com (ha!)
Dooce (www.dooce.com)
Maud Newton (www.maudnewton.com)
Beatrice (www.beatrice.com)
5) 4 of your favorite foods:
Lobster
Filet Mignon
My husband’s taco rollups
Funeral Potatoes
6) 4 places you would rather be right now:
Anywhere with a beach and warm temperatures
On a cruise
In New Orleans, pre-Katrina
Camping and fishing at Flaming Gorge
7) Last 4 books you’ve read
Jodi Picoult’s My Sister’s Keeper (Just awesome!)
Harlan Coben’s Tell No One (Awesome book. Immediately went out to find more books by this author.)
James Patterson’s Mary, Mary (Quick, light, pretty predictable)
Scott O’Dell’s Island of the Blue Dolphins (Had to read it with my sixth grade students. Still as good as I remember.)
The top four books in your TBR pile
A new Harlan Coben book I picked up when I was signing at Barnes and Noble. Dangerous place for me, B&N. Can’t remember the title, because it’s hiding in the trunk of my car so my husband won’t see I bought FOUR hardcover books…..
Missing Persons by Stephen White
Life Expectancy by Dean Koontz
Dirty Blonde, by Lisa Scottoline (I LOVE her. An awesome and very funny woman.)
9) Four favorite authors (other than Murder She Writes Authors)
Tess Gerritsen.
Lisa Gardner.
Perri O’Shaughnessy
Linda Howard.
Hands down, I CANNOT turn down one of their books.
10) Now here’s my question for our readers. If you were stranded on a deserted island, and could only take three books, what would they be?
